For delivery please to indicate the correct address, with the correct details. If you send a wrong address, you will have additional charge.
The latex Balloons can be good during 24 hours and the foil balloons until 7 days, depending the use that you can give them.
If you choice pick up the order, you need to consider that all our compositions needs a special treat and you need to have a good space in the car to place them. We are not responsible for the handling of the decoration or the balloon bouquet in the final disposition.
You need to let us know if the surprised person has any allergic to the latex balloons to be considered in the decoration or composition.
The client needs to provide all the details about the composition or decoration (colors, personalized balloons, age, name, the reason for celebrating, birthday, love, baptism, happy day, get well, etc).
We going to upload to our website and social media pictures of the client with the composition or decoration. If you are not agreed, please let us know. We promise to only upload photos of the composition or decoration.
If you need to postpone the delivery or pick up, you have until 1 day before to do it and also to verificate the availability for a new date.
If you want to cancellate the service only we going to refund the 50% of the total amount.
All our sales are final after the order has been delivered or picked up.
